Uptime is the brand.

Pumps sold with the service, not instead of it.We publish one number a month: the percentage of hours our installed pumps were running. That's the brand. The blue paint is just so the fitter can find it in the dark.

Nobody notices a pump that runs.

That's the job. If you're thinking about the pump, something's already gone wrong. We'd rather you never thought about us, and paid the invoice.

Service

Three ways to keep it running.

The pump is the same. What differs is who's watching it and how fast we're there when it stops.

Reactive · per callRunYou call, we come, 24 hours, parts on the van

For sites with a fitter of their own. We're the backup. Hourly plus parts, no retainer.

£0 a month · £96 an hour
Monitored · monthlyWatchVibration and temperature sensors, our screen, your pump

We see the bearing going three weeks before it does. The swap is planned, at night, and you find out from the report.

Fully managed · annualOwnWe own the pump. You buy the uptime.

Pump, sensors, parts, labour, replacement. One number a year. If it stops unplanned, that month is free.

From £4,800 a year per pump
Response

What happens when it stops.

Unplanned stops are rare enough that we can afford to be specific about them. Here's the clock.
