A daylight studio. No flash unless you bring it.Twelve by nine metres, a four-and-a-half-metre cyclorama, a north window and a west one. The light changes every hour, which is why every hour costs something different.
Book the hourThe wall curves into the floor with a radius of a metre and a half. There's no line for the eye to find, so the subject floats. Scroll and the west light moves across it, the way it does between four and seven.
Two-point-seven metres wide, on a wall rack, pulled down and cut when they're marked. Coral, sage, a grey that photographs as nothing, and white, which is the one most people use and the one we replace most.
Ground floor, a van-sized door, a kettle, and light from two sides. Everything else is on the rack or in the cupboard, and it's all on the list.
Flat, north light, the whole room. Booked by the hour, minimum two.
The west window, low, warm, one hour a day. Booked weeks ahead. Worth it, once.
All twelve hours, including the one that matters, at a price that assumes you'll use eight.
Pick a day and an hour; the calendar shows what the light will be doing. If it's overcast we'll tell you the night before, and you can move for nothing.
